I have to agree, and I also don't think it's right, nor is it fair to force parents of illegitamate children to marry. It's morally wrong and like you said, inevitably will end in divorce. It's also true that Bush isn't helping the children if the parents do divorce. I've experienced this emotional strain myself, though I wasn't born illegitamate. Many kids turn out better with single parenting, and this allows less tention on either parent, though I do say that the father should do his duty. We're not wild animals after all, and the father should at least pay child support (or mother depending on which parent has custody). Cooperative care taking of a child does not mean forcing a marrige and in my opinion I don't think the government should have the power to force this.
