I've heard "New Hampshirites" but rarely. Nothing else is more common, though.

Vermont is another place that doesn't really have a term like that in common use, although my uncle knew a guy who lived near the Vermont border, and, growing up, he used to call the girls from Vermont "Vermonsters."

You're half right here. One from Boston is indeed a "Bostonian." One from Massachusetts is a "Bad Driver."
