My dad is, and he is doing so much better now. I am really glad that he stopped. Of course, after he stopped smoking, he started chewing. But he doesn't do that anymore either. So he chews gum, lots and lots of gum, which I also do. And we like the same brand, JuicyFruit. It rocks.
