It was in early 1999 (or late 1998, perhaps) that a Finnish computer magazine (I don't remember which one) mentioned Computer Stupidities. I memorized the address, and came to read all the stupidities. It was late 1999, I think, when I started to browse through other features. My first post in the Forum is dated May 22, 2000, and I think I had read other posts for at most a couple of times before that. What made me stay was the intelligent conversation - and Howard's humorous posts.

I have no idea of when I stumbled into Chat - I only remember there were two persons online when I entered. One of them logged out soon, and the other one - Chris - welcomed me in. My first archive appearance was in the Stupid Day 2001 archive. The most stupid thing I did on Stupid Day 2002 was to forget the day completely.
