OK...let's recount this once more. I came to Rinkworks via Movie-A-Minute, which had been plugged in an edition of Focus magazine. Trusting Focus like I do, I quickly got my sister interested in it too. I loved M-A-M, but I didn't cotton on that there was more to the site for some time. When I finally did (my sister had got there ages before) I poked around a bit, before Good Ol' Sis (that's Sis, not Sos as in Sosiqui, by the way) directed me to the RinkForum. After a shaky start, I got posting fairly regularly. Then about 2 summers back, I ventured nervously into RinkChat. I don't remember the date, but I do remember that only Nyperold and Ellmyruh were doing the chatting, about dogs if my memory serves me correctly. I couldn't believe that they were typing so much, and typing it so quickly (in fact, I suspected a put-up job where they were copying chunks of something else). Anyway, that was it for RinkChat until about a year and a half back, when I ventured in once again, got yelled at for not understanding what everyone was on about, and retreated. Then about this time last year I got net access at home and started posting more and visiting Chat again. I finally reached the pinnacle of Rinkworks (so far, for me at any rate) when I attended the Stupid Day 2002 chat session.
