I originally found the site when I was browsing Yahoo!'s "Lyrics" section. One of the pages linked was the Random Song part of the Leon's Random Generators website. I navigated the site, and saw the random essay generator, which provided a link to the Dialectizer. I checked out the Dialectizer, and noticed the Crazy Libs link (at the time Fun With Words wasn't up yet). I checked it out, got interested, and made a mental note of how to get to the site.

I've guessed May or June 2000 as the month I found the Dialectizer, because I checked out the main page several days afterwards and noticed an announcement about the web page portion of the Dialectizer coming back up.
