At the end of this post, I'm going to tell you how to save a bunch of money. But first, because it's expected of me, I'm going to declare August 23rd to be National Vintage Motor Scooter Day. If NVMSD is a success, I may make it International Vintage Motor Scooter Week and run it right up to August 29.
