I think I better restate my question. THANK YOU for the advice and best wishes but that wasn't what I had in mind.
I just wanted to hear what normal- yeah right!=) everyday people really prefer in body size. Please don't worry about Bec and I. We are being very reasonable, and yes regular exercise is a part of what we are doing. I only mentioned her and I as a lead in to the question.
