Well, HEALTHY is a difficult one to pin down - even if those who eat a nutritious, balanced diet, get plenty of exercise (which is much better for you than a starvation diet) and all that will ultimately attain a shape determined by ther genetic makeup. I know a lass who is one of the fittest women I've ever met, but the only size ten shes ever going to buy is a shoe (her quote, BTW). Some of the least healthy women I've seen have been stick thin (benefits of a distinctly Californian lifestyle, if you get my meaning).
Mind you, this should not put you off of a good diet and plenty of exercise. You'll feel better for it (better than a temporary chocolate fix, anyway), will have loads of energy, and probably live longer.
Remember, always check your progress with a measuring tape, not scales, as muscle will weigh more than fat.
As for attractive, well, thats a tricky one too, although I recall a book where the monologue pointed out that kissing someone the same height as you was a good thing, as there is a certain intimacy about a kiss on the level. And I'd tend to agree (although it did annoy my girlfriend at the time - she though that she was 6'1" and not 5'11"!)
Bo"so really, it doesn't"urne
