Yeah that type of thing happened to me on a regular basis about this time last year I was passing out a few times a day, but I'm going to take a wild guess that my reasons were very different. Like everyone else has said, it could be a one-off, a head rush type thing. If it happens again see your local Quack, or doctor for those who aren't Scousers.
