Actually, I agree with Matthew that most of their
products are good. However, the ones that
aren't suck royally. And even some of the good
ones are sometimes buggy, in my experience.

Anyway, the reason for this particular
grievance of mine has been resolved after
spending close to an hour long distance on
the phone with MS tech support. I figure that's
cheaper than their toll-free number...it doesn't
cost anything to call but if you talk to a person
they charge you $35 a pop for it.
