Personally, I lack the CKH* to help you, but you might feel better to know that my compter problem has gone unsolved for almost four months now. Even with considerable technical support, I have been unable to update my website since Sept 1. Back when this was going on for only a couple of weeks, I felt like it had been going on too long. But I don't give up easily.
