National Guard Deployed to Snow-Smothered Buffalo

Snow-Smothered Buffalo? Since there had been a bit in chat about airlifting a moose, I wondered if this was similar. I could visualize uniformed men with machine guns digging a piteously-crying buffalo out of a snow bank somewhere in Wyoming.

Turns out they meant Buffalo, NY.
