I disagree, liberals silence conservatives at least as often as conservatives silence liberals. Take gun control. Conservatives will cite statistcs, trends, patterns that call for less regulation for guns. Liberals silence the arguments.
Left-right politics are just a game. Some conservatives will silence liberals when they disagree. Some liberals will silence conservatives when they disagree.
I listen to right wing and libertarian talk radio, and I use what I learn from those shows with what I already know to be true to form opinions.
It's ridiculous to only take in one side of politics. Form your own opinion, don't blindly agree with people on your "side" of the political compass.
