Well, we have to define offense. People trying to convert me in an airport annoy the heck out of me, and I don't think that should be allowed, for any religion.
But people should be allowed to hang whatever the heck they want in their window.
Governement... Well, they have to keep in mind that people of all religions, or no religions, pay taxes. So they should just go for the non-denominational (Christmas trees, presents, snowman, santa, etc).
But then, people in general need to lighten up.
