Go up the Eiffel Tower - even though every single tourist to ever set foot in Paris goes there, it is still pretty cool. The view from the top is great. The Louvre is also an excellent choice. I'm jealous... I love really really good art museums. :) Also check out the Musee d'Orsay, Notre Dame, and Sacre Coeur is pretty too.

Beware the roundabout around the Arc de Triomphe. Eat baguettes. Day trips into the country are cool. Don't try cheap escargot. Many French don't like to bathe. And that's about it.
