Well I can't count the ongoing ones, because those are...well, ongoing. I update each BAM/MAM page and the Computer Stupidities page monthly, the Site Journal and At-A-Glance more often, the rest of the "Humor" pages less often, but none of these things I would call "projects," just ongoing tasks.
But in terms of NEW stuff -- new features, new AGL games, and so forth -- I usually have about four or so in some sort of active state, and a couple more on the backburner. This time last year I had much more going, and in fact if you read old Journal and/or Message Forum posts from me, you may catch a reference or two to that. At one point I had nine projects going at once. Today I have fewer. Let me see.
Four active projects. One idea for a project I've basically committed to doing. Four more ideas I'm mulling over. And two or three dialects for the Dialectizer I've been stalled on for over a year.

Heh. At times I wish, but then that would kind of take the whole point of me running this thing, wouldn't it? My reward for doing RinkWorks is twofold: the thrill of creative accomplishment and the entertainment of others. Handing the job over to "lackeys" would nullify both. (That said, I've been posting an increasing number of reader submissions for Book-A-Minute and Movie-A-Minute, but, truth be told, Dave and I are both burnt out on those, so the rewards are slighter anyway.)
