> Hi, all. I have a project I'd like you to help me with. I need some statistical data, so it would be keen if you'd all take a minute or six to answer the following five questions. Be as terse or an verbose as you wish. And it would help if you didn't read any other responses >before responding. Again, thank you for your >time.
Alright. Before I do this, I remind everyone that this is what I think and not based on any facts whatsoever. In other words, don't laugh :P
> > 1. Who is/was the Ayatollah Khomeini?
Wasn't he the leader of Iran for a while? Back when there was the same sort of distaste for Iran as there is now for Afghanistan and there was for Iraq in the 90's? The 80's or so I think. I also think he's dead now, no?
> 2. Is there a difference between the Republic of China and the Peoples' Republic of China? If so, what is it?
Isn't the Republic of China the one in Taiwan and the Peoples' Republic the one which is currenly in power in China? Not sure on that one.
> 3. Is paganism a religion? If so, why? If not, why not?
No. Paganism was a word used to describe a variety of religions by Christians. There are many religions which are considered pagan, but no pagan religion.
> 4. Was the Setpember 11, 2001, terrorist attack on the United States (committed by the Arab terrorist group Al Qaeda) a response to the United States' pro-Israel Middle East policy? If >so, why? If not, why not?
Not to my knowledge. From what I heard it was mostly done because of anger at the United States for shooting down planes in the Middle East and being involved there in general.
> 5. What is the meaning of life?
I don't know. I always believed it was to live. Not existing would get pretty dull after a while. Much more fun to muck about as a human or animal or something. Eh.
