> 2. Is there a difference between the Republic of China and the Peoples' Republic of China? If so, what is it?

The former represents Taiwan, doesn't it?
Whereas the latter is in referral to the total land mass of China.

> 3. Is paganism a religion? If so, why? If not, why not?

Paganism is general term covering those religions not directly influenced by christianity - usually featuring a pantheon of Gods. Druids are often noted as "pagans" for their eschewal of modern Christian beliefs for more esoteric natural affinities. Many rites and ceremonies associated with past religions or tribal customs are considered "pagan" but this does not make it a distinct religion.
