Hmmm...this is an interesting point....ground up angels....or maybe they asked a panel of angels..."9 out of 10 angels prefer Angel Soft"....But if your hypothesis about Forbidden Chocolate is correct, how is it that you can have chocolate cake called Angel Food Cake? Am I right? Is that chocolate? Or is that just Garrisson Keiler?
