That reminds me... I had a few pretty cool
cartridge games for the C-64 as well. I don't
remember them all, but Gateway to Apshai
was one of them, along with Frogger. I also
had a racing game called LeMans, but I
couldn't play it because it required a paddle
controller and I didn't have one.

Gri"why didn't Gateway to Apshai have more
than eight levels? And why, once you got to the
eighth level, did it just keep repeating itslef no
matter how many times you played it? Couldn't
they fit the whole game onto the
