We don't have many blokes in our neighborhood, but there is a class of people who will sell anything they can get their hands on for money to buy alcohol, tobacco and drugs. The trouble is that, while they offer good prices, they usually don't have anything invested, if you know what I mean.

I heard a good story on the CB radio a few years ago. A trucker hauled a load of watermelons from Florida to a supermarket in Georgia. The market manager unloaded 300 melons and then said, "That's all I ordered, and that's all I need."
The trucker wondered what he should do with the rest. (It turned out to be 150 watermelons.) So he called the truck company dispatcher who said, "Don't bring them back here. Get rid of them." He sold them to another supermarket for $150 and kept the cash. I can't see that he did anything wrong, but I wonder how so many unordered melons got on that truck.
