As long as I'm giving you information that isn't really information, I'll guess at number three also. I'd think it'd be around 1 pm England time. I don't think as many people in Asia get their hair cut as often as people in Europe or America do, so I was going to say around 11 England time, since that's probably right before people get their hair cut, but then I moved it up to 1, since I figure the hair in America would grow more in those two hours than the hair in Europe would shrink.
