Isn't this more like, "How to hide your tracks from yourself"? What you change on your browser doesn't affect how a supposed bloodhound tracker could follow your progress through a network (IF that's the paranoic implication to what you're getting at).
Hm, could be misinterpreting you. Guess I'll just presume I have a stunted sense of humor :-)
