Also, it is very weird when the person who mixes it up is a professional headhunter who has my name in about six different places via Monster.com, my resume, a letter of permission, me email address, my name at the end of an email... Plus, she has already sent me one email in which she correctly called me "Donald" at the beginning.

A Sunday school teacher of mine once asked for my full name. I told her it was Heather Jay Billings (you psycho internet people couldn't find my house even if I drew you a map to it). She'd ask, "Yes, but what's your middle name?" I'd reply, "Jay". She'd say,"No, not your initial, your name." I'd say, "Jay." Keep in mind I was just a wee thing, so it took a couple rounds before I realized she thought I meant "J." At this point, I whipped out my Bible (which conveniently had my full name printed on the cover), and showed her.
