I mentioned in my other post that my sister has five middle names. When my parents got married, my mother appended Katz to her name, and my sister was named in that form (while my brother and I are just called Katz). The consequence is that her full name is Friederike (five names that I can't all remember, at least not in order, but I'm pretty sure they include Rebekka and Rosemarie) Seemann-Katz.
