I spent the weekend with my brother in Durham, most of which was spent down at Point Blank Paintball near Darlington spending a stupid amount of money and running around in my combat gear...

NB: for the final "use up all of you paintballs before it gets dark" game, AKA Last man standing, do not (I repeat, DO NOT) stand in the centre of the group when the Marshal says "Go". Everyone turned round to face me, my brother said "Happy Birthday, bro" and then they put me in a hurt-locker.

I now have a line of seventeen pound coin sized bruises marking a line diagonally across my back.

Gooood times.

Mind you, I also have torn-up forearms from diving over a bunker wall not realising that it was a five foot drop on the other side...

...didn't get shot though.
