The subject is, of course, a math problem representing a way to make great rock band names. J, t, s, and rbn are constants standing for Johnny, the (plural), and rock band name, respectively. X and y are the variables.

Ha ha.

Seriously, though, you can get a lot of great band names by filling in the blanks in "Johnny _____ and the ________s". Watch:

Johnny Lipstick and the Eyeshadows
Johnny Hamilton and the Federalists
Johnny Bathtub and the Showers
Johnny Glasses and the Contacts
Johnny Keyboard and the Buttons
Johnny Walrus and the Carpenters.
