This year I wasn't anything special, but last year I wore a costume that I loved. I bought a bunch of white towels, a flannel jacket (to simulate a forearm), some red yarn, a bit of pink felt (for a tongue), a black magic marker, and two 8 inch blue plates. After a few weeks of sewing I was... a life size sock puppet. The only woe of the costume was that my head kept on trying to fall off. Otherwise it was pure joy. Next year I want to buy hair in a can, spray the better part of my body with it, and be a realistic werewolf.
