1) I don't wear them in the shower, but only because the order I do things in the morning is "have shower, get dressed, do in-front-of-mirror stuff like put in contact lenses."

2) If I shower in the middle of the day I leave them in.

3) If I'm going to bed or if I plan to be hanging around at home, for which I might wear glasses instead of contacts to give my eyes a rest, I take them out before the shower.
