I understand your situation, and I wouldn't be so angry at the teachers who are in charge of my brother if this had been the first time. But as I said, after the first incident, the school was told (by a doctor no less) that my brother needed his own supervisor, that he could not be left unattended under any circumstances. The school ignored it, and it happened again. Best thing you can do is ask the principal of the school for more teachers in the class, if he refuses, get a legal waiver. Because this time around, our family is seriously considering legal action against the school board.
