I just bought a scooter based on a few emails and some photos. About Monday, I will be going to Pennsylvania to pick it up. The guy I'm buying it from says he has the original owners manual. That's great, because the owner's manuals are almost always missing. What's not so great is that it is written in Italian and German. Anyway, this little beauty is about 35 years old, in great condition, and it's a Vespa 180cc Rally. That's a sort of rare scoot. It is built for performance and has just about every accessory that Vespa offerend in those days.
Now where did I put that pocket translator?
