Yes. Having the auto-dialer *not* dial unless there is actually someone there to talk to a customer would work better. How to accomplish this? IR sensors. Weight-activated seats. Maybe they dial when the tm picks up the receiver, or something. Little things like that that let fewer people be annoyed because of such calls due to fewer going out, and they can actually *attempt* to do business *every* time such calls are made, rather than when they just *happen* to be there.
