> Could someone please help me? I've been feeling depressed lately and I don't know why. I just found myself, a few minutes ago, crying in my room for no reason. I feel like I'm about to fall apart. If anyone has any advice, I'd appreciate it.

My advice may be lousy, but that's why I don't try to get into those professional advice giving circuits (you know, like fortune telling). But enough of this disclaimer, on with the reply...
When I'm in a mood I'd rather not be in, I like to go to the bookstore and grab a book that evokes just the mood I'm trying to get rid of. If it be sadness, a book that I find so depressing I can't read it in public is "Autobiography of a Face." Much like if I'm too happy I pursue Ray Bradbury's "Dandelion Wine." Why do I do this? First, reading the book explains why I'm in that mood. Sure, it does it falsely, but I'm gullible. It lets me stew in the mood without any guilt. Second, when I leave the book, I get to leave a bit of my mood with it. Thankfully, the books don't care.
Eug'Winnie the Pooh is also great -- you can sympathize with Eeyore, Pooh, Tigger, or Piglet depending on your circumstance'ene
