I never said they did. My point is instead of looking for someone else to bring you happiness, bring happiness to yourself. I was perfectly happy with my life after I made the decision that I was responisible for my own happiness, but before I met my husband (granted, he has enriched my life). If you are not happy with yourself, how can you expect to make someone else happy? OK, now it's cliche time:
