Now I recall an illustration given in a class I took for my minor in college; I believe the class was Principles of Marketing. Gerber (a company that makes baby food) had to redesign their product packaging in certain countries for this very reason. Their product wasn't selling because in those countries, product labels simply showed what was inside...
