Peoples are trained to spot these peoples... If you act too nonchalant, nervous, etc, they'll single you out of a crowd. My GF's a lifeguard, she can tell when peoples are faking drowning, she can actually tell they'll do it before getting in the pool. Back when I did volunteer work at the CNM, I could spot english speaking patrons before hearing them talk, and I was right like 92% of the time... it'S kind of an instinct, and kind of knowing what to look for.
