Although it doesn't really need much organization: all it needs is about a dozen of armed people who really, really hate the USA, four of them able to fly a plane - and I don't think that none of them can, just because they're mad enough to do this sort of thing. Those of the Palestinians that are celebrating this look like pretty normal people, and I'm sure that many of them have some job or other, and why shouldn't there be pilots among them? Using the readily available flight schedules, planning this is a matter of, at most, two weeks. In medium to small planes like the ones involved (a 737 and a 767, I think) it might even be possible to get control of them without firearms, merely by locking the cockpit and knocking out the pilot, or stabbing them. That is not to say that there was no coordination from somewhere else, but it wasn't strictly necessary.
