Ditto that last point.

The BBC news site is also not coming up. I've been told (by someone one the phone when I just popped outside for a smoke) that Canary Wharf in London is being evacuated as I write this. If it's terrorists attacking NATO (or the West) rather than just America, it makes sense I suppose but I would expect Westminster (the seat of government) to be evacuated first. Maybe they are being, but we just haven't heard of it.
