Yet I had my doubts, when I saw the half burnt up 9 foot stick sticking out of the canister. Also considering it's outlawed to burn leaves in the county at that time.

> The KKK are devil worshippers? I know they aren't nice people, but that's probably going a bit far. In fact, I was under the impression that they were devoutly christian. Though I only know them through the magic of TV and cinema, so I might be completely wrong.

Well, to this day I'm not sure myself of the KKK. My family is from a slavic background so any racism is kept highly confidential and professional, since it can only be the intent of evil. I find the KKK are unprofessional with hate and are loud with the intent of evil. David is black so probably at that time would like to consider the KKK at the upmost evil.

I may have portrayed David to be rather weak, but I can admit that he had skills. He didn't speak much of his abilities since that would just be egotistic and promoting self. A ninja from what I understand humbles himself to the world. I knew him for about 3 years and he was able to indirectely convince me at numorous times that he was a practicing student of a particular skill that of ninja. He has been to japan in his youth to study the art as well. In terms of assassination he demonstrated skills in fighting designed to kill.

(that's where I figure that ouija is blackmagic) I asked my mom what black majic is and she said its anything used for witchcraft or devilworshiping. I had to go to confession that weekend.
>
> Well, you certainly weren't engaged in devil worship. Witchcraft means many different things to different people, but personally, given the conversation you had, I wouldn't think that your use of the ouija board could be considered "evil" or "black magic".
>
> But I think that's a very subjective judgement call.

I still think in some ways that the ouija board could be used in good purposes as well. So considering it strictly black magic could be subjective to others. My mom just says that its primary use is witchcraft which in terms is black majic. She indicated that my belief in God is my faith, and that spirituality is primary to being close to god, not black magic.
> > -because this is what my parents and I percieved happened based off of what I told them. When we used the unblessed ouija board it had the potential to contact evil spirits as well as good ones. When you contact them, you literally pull them through a portal onto you current dimension that allows them to be consistent with you. I believe that they followed us back to my house. Hence the 3 bangs on the door and the 3 spirits my dad saw.
>
> There are a thousand possible explanations of how a ouija board works, and this seems as sensible as any I've heard.

This was pure speculation from David's perspective. It still seems that it could be the more logical reasoning behind it.

> Overall, the story you tell seems easily believable. Though I wouldn't describe poltergeist activity as "evil" myself, it could certainly have been related to the ouija board, or it might have been just a coincidence.
>
> I notice that the "good spirit" that appeared to you didn't choose to alert you that your friend needed help, or do anything at all except frighten you. Maybe it was an evil spirit, but just a very lazy one.

I personally believe that it was a good spirit looking over me. If It's intent was evil I would think it would have done more then just its presence. Of course I could be wrong. I don't want to consider this bliss evil, but most of the situation involved evil in one aspect or another.

> winter"Never used a ouija board before. I might have to give it a go."mute

I made it a personal thing not to ever use a ouija board again. Simply because I believe that it is used for black magic. Plus otherwise your faith is more important than to have evidence.
To tell the truth that was the only ghost experience I've ever had in my life at least that I'm aware of. Sometimes I wish I would have another experience, but a much more anti-evil experience.
