Well, this is a really old post. But I thought that I'd tell you a little bit about how it went, even if it is rather late.

Reading all the replies and looking at the links made me feel more at ease, and I think nervousness was the biggest problem. Everything went wonderfully. It was really neat being able to recognize the placement of everything on the table from what I had seen in the links. I knew what silverware and glasses to use and basically just enjoyed myself a bunch instead of worrying.
