It seems like every restaurant in town has them here in the great American Midwest. We've been given them at Chilis, Cooker, O'Charley's, Don Pablos, Outback, Lone Star, Grindstone Charlie's, and probably at other places too that escape my memory. The only places I can think of that don't use those or similar devices are Bob Evans and Cracker Barrel.
