I mean, sure, some of these people are very talented, but a lot of young people with great talents die all the time, and nobody cares, simply because their talents are not the sort that garner fame.
The reason people make a big deal out of it when celebrities die young is fame. Because of their fame, they are known by more people. In a way, they've touched more lives than the average person has, although perhaps not in as meaningful a way.

I thought about it and came to the conclusion that it doesn't really bother me all that much. When the celebrity dies, it may be a big deal in the eyes of the media and the world, but it's those people who were truly part of our lives (grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, close friends) that will leave lasting memories, despite their lack of "fame."
