I think I put in "demon" because of the similarity of the word "incubus" with "succubus," which I believe is the female counterpart to an incubus (demon). I must not have known that an "incubus" was also a demon at the time, but I can't have learned it long after, because now I'm familiar with that definition as well. Anyway, I fixed the question by removing "demon" as a possible answer and substituting something else. Thanks for pointing it out!
