You get into this engineless EarthKab at the end of the street, release the handbrake and Off! you go down the incline, right into the ground.

Speeding along, you soon hit top speed, by which time you're about at the bottom of the incline. The momentum carries you Up! until you reach the surface again at your favorite Mall and come to a natural halt. Presumably there'll be monitoring by computers.

You take the same Kab back home after you're done. If like me you're the claustrophobic type, you could take the SkyKab which does just about the same thing, only it's more like a roller coaster.

In these fashionable eco-this-and-that days, do you think this will catch on? And if you think that's too easy, how about a TransCity version then?
