That's quite obvious, actually. Nobody from the IRS calls you up and asks you where you want ANY of your tax money going to. This isn't to say that you have no voice in the matter... the cool thing about living in a representative democracy is you get to choose who spends that money! Go write your congressperson, senator, or state legislator about it. Also vote. Convince others to do the same.

Just don't act like it's some big conspiracy or horrid injustice that you're not personally consulted on every decision made by government.
