Well first, let's clone some of the late-greats who smoked themselves to death. Nat Cole and Sammy Davis, Jr. come to mind. Then let's clone Dean Martin. Do you think the clones would be inclined to smoke?
There are other people that I think would be nice to have around. We could use Harry Truman and Everett Dirkson. I think a new Chet Huntley would be nice. And let's not overlook Minnie Pearl (aka Sarah Cannon) and Dinah Shore. I kinda miss Steve McQueen and Liberace. The world could use another Godfrey Cambridge. And how about Jack Benny and Bing Crosby? Another Fred Astaire would put the fun back into movies. How about Jim Backus and Alan Hale? The world hasn't been the same without Ernie Ford. Ray Walston could use another trip to that beach in South Pacific and maybe another ride in his space craft. Speaking of the beach, let's clone Lloyd Bridges in his diving suit. Winston Chruchill would soon fit back into the modern world. So would John Kennedy. And Claude Pepper could just pick up where he left off. We will always need a Happy Chandler and an Adolph Rupp. I say clone them over and over again.
