Depends on the program you're using... if you're using Eudora, it'll do it automatically...
However, if you're using some sort of webmail (like Yahoo! or Hotmail), then you'll have to get a little fancier and write the HTML. If you don't know how to do that, here it is for you:
To link to RinkWorks, por ejemplo, you want to type *immediately before* where you want the link: (a href="http://www.rinkworks.com"), only instead of parentheses use the nifty triangle brackets that I'm not allowed to type in this forum or the script will make all the text I put inside of them disappear (:-P). Immediately after the link, type: (/a), again replacing the parentheses with triangle brackets.
