Made an absolutely quality find last night in my temporary housemate, Warris (he's staying with me for a week while moving house - its an odd story). Anyway - while playing Tekken Tag, he started talking trash to the screen, like it could actually hear him expressing triumph over a spinning kick or spectacular knockdown.

Top lines include

"How does that floor taste, Jin?"

and (after a long match beating the Panda character)

"Take that you resilient bamboo-eatin' scum"

Genius.
