Having been to Mars I can assure you it's not very interesting (third crater to the left and don't stop till you reach tomorrow - that was me, although I did stop somewhere short of tomorrow because technically, due to the dateline, I already was in tomorrow, and still am - don't come the weather's appalling).

No it's definitely not all it's cracked-up to be, unlike Uranus of course... but lets not go there, it's an old joke anyway.

Interestingly enough though I went to Mars shortly after eating a very moldy potato chip and the air was rather crisp and I did feel a little assaulted. Go figure - a coincidence? I think not.

So there may be some truth in what you say. Though Sam's threads are probably more popular because of his tattoo.
